Welcome! By placing a commission order, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a request.

1. General Provisions

  • Digital Deliverables: All commissioned work consists solely of digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Project Agreement: Specific project details—including deliverables, deadlines, and pricing—will be agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

  • Scope Changes: Any changes or additions requested after the initial quote is agreed upon will incur extra fees. If additional work is requested mid-process, the client may choose to pay the extra fee or withdraw the request.

  • Artist Portfolio & Streaming: The artist reserves the right to share the artwork, work-in-progress, and creation process on streams or with colleagues unless a prior confidentiality/NDA agreement has been explicitly made.

2. Payment & Extra Fees

  • Payment Schedule:

    • 50% Upfront: Paid upon confirmation of your slot and prior to starting the sketch phase.

    • 50% Final Payment: Paid immediately after approval of the initial sketch.

  • Commercial Rights: Commercial use fees range from an additional 50% to 200% of the total base price, depending on the intended usage.

  • NSFW Content: NSFW commissions incur an additional 30% to 50% fee based on complexity.

  • Multiple Characters: Adding extra characters incurs a 50% to 80% fee per character, depending on complexity.

3. Process & Revisions

  • Progress Updates: The artist will share updates at key stages: Rough Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, and Final Rendering.

  • Revisions Allowance: You are entitled to a maximum of two (2) major revisions. Any additional major revisions will incur extra charges.

  • Client Responsibilities: The client must provide clear, detailed, and timely feedback throughout the project. Vague feedback (e.g., "The eyes look odd") makes edits difficult; please provide specific actionable requests (e.g., "Please slant the eyes slightly more upward").

4. Deadlines & File Delivery

  • Delivery Method: Completed files will be delivered via a single Google Drive folder link. This link will be active for 7 days. Please download your files immediately, as the link will be deleted after one week.

  • Rush Orders: If you require a strict deadline or urgent delivery, you must specify this in your request form to skip the queue. Rush orders incur an additional +40% fee on the total cost.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Before Work Begins: A 95% refund is available if cancelled before any work has started (5% is retained to cover initial review, communication, and planning time).

  • After First Draft: No refunds will be issued once the first draft has been delivered, unless the artist is unable to complete the work for any reason.

  • Inactivity Policy: If the client fails to respond or communicate for more than 14 days without prior notice, the commission will be marked as completed, with no refunds or further revisions granted.
