Payment is made in two installments: 50% as a deposit to reserve the spot and begin the work, and the remaining 50% upon project completion and final delivery.

The estimated timeframe ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the requested assets (overlays, alerts, emotes, or complete packages).

We deliver PNG files optimized for the platform, animated GIF/WebM versions ready for OBS or Streamlabs, and preview sketches.

Each commission includes up to two rounds of revisions on the initial proposals to refine the color palette, typography, and overall composition.
